District Trainers
Gene & Nelda Stanley
First of all we want to thank Brent and Roxie for inviting us to serve on the District Staff as Leadership Trainers.
We feel it is an honor and great responsibility to serve in this capacity. We look forward to serving with such a
great group. We took the long way around to Wing Ding this year, up to Corbin, Kentucky, down to Sevierville, TN,
then we moved to Easley, South Carolina. Now Easley is about 14 miles northwest of Greenville, South Carolina. We
rode some beautiful country roads with lots of curves and hills. We caught up with the District Staff at the Carolina
First complex, what a fine facility, as long as the escalators are working, it was touch and go ( up and down) that
first day. We attended as many Leadership Training seminars as we could, and time permitted. We attended our first
LTD meeting as District Trainers, with National Trainers David and Kathy Orr, who are advocating some interesting
changes in the Leadership Training Division with many challenges and rewarding results.
We are looking forward to the changes and working toward meeting the challenges. Nelda and I will have more to say
about this along the way. We are so looking forward to trying to meet and exceed the challenges. This will not happen
without your input and support. We are looking forward to working for you and welcome any comments and suggestions.
Ride safely,
Gene and Nelda Stanley
